P: Curves lag since version 21.1

There's a noticeable lag in curves since version 21.1.
I am now on 21.1.2 and it's still there.
Up until 21.0 they used to refresh smoothly. I am attaching a video to illustrate the problem.
I'm also attaching a couple of screenshots of my performance tab in "Preferences".
These are my PC specs:

    21.2.3 tested - performs the same as everything > 21.0.3

    Have you fixed the problems with the curve tool in 21.2.1? Shall I stay at 21.0.3? thanks

    Pre-21.2.1 builds are vulnerable to a code execution attack... So you can either be safe and deal with the stuttering performance or expose your machine to this but keep the vaguely usable performance of 21.0.3.

    Still very much there in 21.2.1.

    Back to 21.0.3 - and the fun of reapplying all my settings every time I test a new build.

    without the targeted adjustment tool the curve command makes no sense to exist 🙂

    edit: it live updates if you pull the curve directly but not with the targeted adjustment tool. I can't say certainly whether or not this is new behavior. But if it doesn't work with targeted adjustment, it doesn't work, IMO
