P: Doesn't show pattern preset size in tooltip

This topic needs some resolve. Our web design team relies on this tooltip to construct tiles for our projects. Three of us have been experiencing this issue since updating to CC 2014. Without the tooltip, we're forced to manually eyeball tile dimensions—time consuming and extremely tedious when dealing with larger/more complex patterns.

This is happening on Photoshop CC 2014 for Mac Os X as well, Is there a Preference that turns this on, or a hidden system setting?

What do you mean by "floating dock"? That isn't a term used in Photoshop.
