P: Export As menu lag

Hi all. It looks like my problem is similar

Any new ideas how to fix that?

Tried that now, but the issue persists.

Hey @vítor carvalho , updating GPU driver and adding PS to high performance GPU in windows display settings worked for some customers, not sure if this is an option for you and your setup, but we wanted to pass this along.

Just updated to:

Somehow it seems to have made it worse. Tested with the same file as before, but now took close to 4 minutes to open the Export As menu.

And a couple of times didn't even open properly, was all empty and neither the fields or buttons worked (attached a screencap).

Thank you for the update @vítor carvalho, we see your graphics driver is old, if you update and restart Ps, so you have the same issues?

I'm guessing it happens on all files, but it's barely noticeable on single files versus artboards. I noticed it takes more time to open the Export As menu the more artboards here are! I'm guessing it's a memory access problem?

Just tried manually removing the settings but the results were the same.

Hi @vítor carvalho curious if this is the experience you see for any files or just artboards?  Do all export as workflows result in this?

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
