P: Export to SVG file - endless processing loop

I have a Photoshop file that I'm trying to Export As to an SVG file.  I get all the way to the save option, but then it just sits in an endless processing loop.  I can't figure out how to get this file to finally export as an SVG file.

I've reduced the image size in Photoshop, then also reduced the image size in the Export As setting.  This file just won't finish exporting.

What can I do to get this to finally work?

Hi, I'm running Photoshop CC on Mac OS Sierra (10.12.6) and I'm having the same issue. PS just hangs when trying to export as svg. Is there a fix or workaround?

Photoshop Ver 19.1
Windows

SVG export can not be done normally.
It problems 2 cases.

case 1:
  1. make text layer
  2. layer naming svg files
  3. open submenu for layer panel
  4. select "Copy SVG"
  5. error appears (confirm attached screenshot)

case 2:
  1. make text layer
  2. open submenu for layer panel
  3. select "Export As..."
  4. open export dialog and select SVG format
  5. click export button and select save folder
  6. writing starts but does not end

Both can be processed normally in CC 2017.

Ok.  I checked my email and there isn't an email with the file.

No, I don't have Illustrator, just Photoshop.

Did he say what was causing the issue of not exporting?

Btw do you have Illustrator? The QE who looked at your file thought that file would better suited to Illustrator than Photoshop. I don't have Illustrator installed on my machine so he rendered it to an svg on his. He may have already emailed it back to you (if not I'll get it and send it shortly).

Great - thanks! I forwarded your file to a QE here who works frequently with Export As. I'll keep you posted. In the meanwhile let me get an svg back to you. Looks like it might need some cleanup because I don't have your fonts.
