P: Export to SVG file - endless processing loop

I have a Photoshop file that I'm trying to Export As to an SVG file. I get all the way to the save option, but then it just sits in an endless processing loop. I can't figure out how to get this file to finally export as an SVG file.

I've reduced the image size in Photoshop, then also reduced the image size in the Export As setting. This file just won't finish exporting.

What can I do to get this to finally work?

Also, if I am able to get an svg to export I'd be happy to email it back to you in the meanwhile so you have it.

Is this with any file? There may be something missing from the file. Would you mind emailing the file you're attempting to export to an SVG so we can compare the behavior here?
