P: Floating document windows in fullscreen w/menu bar causes window to jump to center

With the new release, the zooming mechanism has changed and it always behaves as if "Zoom Clicked Point to Center" was turned on when I am using keyboard shortcut (mapped to Wacom Pen). It works as expected when I'm zooming with scroll wheel.

Photoshop team has to have some serious management issues. With the 19.0.1 update they even botched version number in the About box, so how are we supposed to expect a fix for the most annoying bug of the hasted CC2018 release...

Yes to both these things. Terrible.

So throughout the day yesterday as I worked on different files I realized it was still doing the same exact annoying snapping as before. I was just too eager and hopeful about it being fixed. Sucks

Sierra, but doesn't matter, it's still all happening on mine also.

I don't see any change in my centre snapping on zoom after today's update. I just went back to CC 2017 until there's a confirmed fix in this thread.

Not with the zoom to centre in full-screen mode with menu bar. Happens with zoom, new layer, merge layers, flatten layers, etc. I'm going to stick it out for the improved select and mask but it's still annoying that it happened in the first place and more so that the latest update failed to resolve the issue.

May I ask what OS are you using Tom?

Thanks for the heads up. I'm on a similar setup, so I will continue waiting for a fix.

In other words, don't upgrade. Sticking with 2017, still.
