P: Floating document windows in fullscreen w/menu bar causes window to jump to center

With the new release, the zooming mechanism has changed and it always behaves as if "Zoom Clicked Point to Center" was turned on when I am using keyboard shortcut (mapped to Wacom Pen). It works as expected when I'm zooming with scroll wheel.

I agree.  I've had this window open all weekend while using the rolled back 2017 version, hoping they get it together and fix this.

This is the most infuriating bug, just wanted to add my voice in the hope this gets some attention.

BTW. you ALWAYS have this bug when working on a 4k Screen with "200% UI scaling". Even with the older version of Photoshop. I tried to go back one version, hoping this one might work on my 4k screen, but NO IT DOESN'T.

So if you have, like me, bought a Laptop with a 4k screen ESPECIALLY for graphicall work, because you have more detail and sharpness, brace yourself for a BIG BIG DISSAPOINTMENT in Photoshop.

Btw. I seem to be the only Windows user here... but since this all happens on the same codebase, we might share the same problems.

Since Photoshop CC 2018 update, image now randomly snaps to center when working in a section of it. It's driving me nuts. Also, a mask will randomly appear and going back in history doesn't fix. Mac Pro Mid 2010. OS 10.11.6. Never had a problem with an update before.

Hello,
Since the latest update to/for Photoshop2018, I find that whenever I am working on any file it automatically snaps to the center of my screen at random times.
Has this happened to anyone else?
If this is not a bug , and if this a new feature how can I turn it off?

I would really appreciate any feed back to this issue. Thank you.

With all due respect Jeffrey, support told me the same thing nearly a month ago. This is such a major issue for designers that work while zoomed in on items all day. It is literally un-usable with this glitch. There are so many comments regarding this problem online, it is inexcusable to not have corrected this in the latest update.

Nice comment edit removing your claim that the zoom issue will be fixed by the next update. Had to change that one quick, LOL...

Bugs with every release. Sad! What's the point of paying monthly subscription costs if we can't even use the software to its fullest extent when new versions are released? Reprimand management. Stuff like this should not be getting past QA.

This zoom issue is still being worked on.
