Just updated my Photoshop to Photoshop CC18 and now I am not able to define the size of my brush with my wacom pen. Using the right mouse key + ALT , it works as it is used to be but using the pen + ALT (using the button as right mouse key) I only can choose a colour. Can anyone help me ?

PSUserConfig worked for me after deleting .txt , letting Windows Ink checked and disabling Pen circle.

Tmuussoni,

Just to be clear on the steps that you took, you:

1. created the PSUserConfig.txt file
2. disabled Windows Ink

Do you know which of those steps caused you to lose pressure sensitivity?

Thanks,
Hannah

Unfortunately that "fix" is not a solution for me. If I do that I basically loose the pressure sensitivity which is not an option for me. I would hate to loose 8192 levels of sensitivity  So, I guess it is just more waiting and not update my Windows 10 for a while. Real bummer.

It is not fixed. You still have to create a configuration file. I have found help here: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/windows-10-update-has-broken-wacom-pen-right-...

Hi.

Does anyone have any news about the issue being fixed? The way I dealt with the issue was to uninstall Microsoft Windows 10 fall update (1709), which apparently broke Windows Ink or dramatically altered its behaviour. But the bad news is my O/S is lacking behind in security patches, as I can't update to 1709.

guys follow the "PSUserConfig.txt" method and if it doesn't work try to make the name of the file "PSUserConfig" without ".txt" and keep "use windows ink" checked in Wacom Tablet Properties in mapping tap
