P: (June) PS 27.7 Generative upscale does not work. Topaz and the generative fill works

Same here with me too..since 2days..not working

It's a shame that so many people are facing this issue, and I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

We have a whole team (15 people) working with PS 27.7 on MacOS Tahoe 26.5. All of them can’t use generative upscale.

I have exactly the same problem

Same problem here. Generative upscale with firefly does not work. Topaz and Generative Fill works.

It seems that’s the same issue.

Everything is fine except for this Firefly upscale issue. I've tried everything: updating, restarting, clearing case files, even the beta versions, but it still doesn't work. I repeat, everything else is fine; Topaz Gigapixel and Topaz Bloom are working normally. Only Firefly upscale is malfunctioning, and I urgently need it.

I am using Photoshop 27.7.0 and have a Creative Suite Pro subscription. Since yesterday, the Firefly Upscale feature has stopped working and immediately displays the following error message:

“Something went wrong and your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.”

The image I am trying to upscale is not too large, it is a JPG, and it uses the sRGB color space. Generative Fill works without any issues. The problem only occurs with the Upscale feature.

I have already restarted Photoshop and even rebooted my entire computer, but unfortunately neither solution helped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
