When you state “download Neural Filters” do you mean you have applied an effect via Neural Filters and you have a problem Saving the applied effect to an image as say a JPG?

(I've just checked on my MacBook Pro without an issue.)

Hi Derek, my issue is I have the list of Neural filters visible but before I can use them or apply them to my working image I have to download it so I can use it but Photoshop wont let me download the list of features. If I click on download button its not working. Frustrating.

I assume you’ve “switched” the selected filter on.

    Hello,
Some of the Neural Filters can no longer be used. Downloading the Neural Filters fails; even though the download of the models appears to have started, it then stops.
I updated to the latest versions on MACOS, but that didn't help either.
Reinstalling and logging in and out did not help.
Deleting the Neural Filters cache did not help either:
    macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/[YourPhotoshopVersion]/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery
I would be very grateful for any help.

    Hallo,

    macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/[YourPhotoshopVersion]/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery

    Wäre sehr dankbar für Hilfe.

Neural filters will not download. The download indicator takes less than a second but no controls appear. Mac/Sequoia/PS 2026. No VPN. I have already tried throwing away the ‘com.adobe.nfp.gallery’ from the UXP folder and logging out/in to CC.

If you still haven’t gotten it to work, I finally got it fixed by resetting Adobe’s background services. See my post above for the details!

Yes that worked! Thank you so much. I was a little hesitant when it came to deleting folders but it turned out those folders weren’t on my machine, so they didn’t have to be deleted.

Great to know that Adobe just doesn't care that it's product is complete garbage, and then it's customers are asking for a solution that it has not addressed yet in 2026 after several years. I have had nothing but problems since downloading it. First I couldn't get it to cloud sync, now the neutral filters won't download. Nothing but problems. Shouldn’t have to do some terminal/command line level coding to get your subscription based photo editing software to work properly.

None of these worked for me. Anyone has another solution?

I’m currently using the latest version

Have the same problem. I don’t even have a “PluginsStorage” folder when I go to search the path for the delete option. 😑
