Anybody from Adobe Photoshop tech team knows whats going on? Is it a bug that needs a patch? software compatibility? Mac OS issue? Looks like its an issue for others. Thanks team

I contacted them on chat and the agent just said they are aware of the issue and are working on it. no solution as of yet.

Same issue on macOS 26.2 and 26.1, MacBook Pro M1 with 16GB RAM. It’s a frustrating situation because I need these filters to work, and this really gets in my way.

same problem here, I have PS 2021 2025 2026 and Beta version installed, None of them download the neural filter. I deleted it, logged out, logged in, and nothing happens except for this icon.I click, but the download does not complete.

Could you give us a link to download the filters separately then add to the PLUGIN folder?

    Hey @Susan236039181x6x

Could you share a bit more about what’s going on with Photoshop? Let me know which version you’re using and whether the issue comes up with all neural filters or only with a specific one.
It would also help a lot if you could share your System Info. You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy everything into a text file and attach it to your reply, or feel free to share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file sharing service you prefer.
    Thanks so much!
    Alek

    Hi Aleke,

    Thank you for responding!!

I’m using PS 27.3.0. I was on v25 and thought I should try updating to v27 but that didn’t fix anything. The problem occurs for all of the filters showing a download icon...which looks like all of them except Color Transfer. I was really excited to try Photo Restoration!

I’m attaching a text file with my system info.

    Thanks again for any help!!

    Susan

I cannot download Neural Filter.  By clicking on the download button, nothing downloads. Tried uninstalling and installing PS, updated my Mac OS to latest one, updated PS to latest one, deleted the folder within UXP folder as someone suggested in other threads, nothing works..

Hey, @danielb74072988, & @KookieKreative2026. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I’ll need more info to help you figure this out. I’ve set this to a primary thread for now.

Please share more details and provide the system information from Photoshop Help > System info. Copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here.

Try these things & let me know the outcomes:

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
