P:(macOS) Photoshop 27.3 Neural Filters downloads stuck

I can't download Neural Filters (Mac mini M4, Tahoe 26.2, Photoshop 27.3)... a download icon appears very briefly, but then closes again automatically without any error message.

I see that this exact problem has been asked about many times, but I can't find a solution for my case, tried everything. I am the only user of the Mac, so I have all the necesary rights... The Photoshop installation was simple and trouble-free,  I have also tried different connections (ethernet/WLan/mobile), but it just doesn't work…  It seems a persisting issue for years but I can't find a recent solution in my case… Has anyone an idea?

Same here, nothing to do, waiting for an official solution.

My Neural Filter no longer download.. I don't get any error message, just nothing happens. I have tried:

Signing in and out of Creative Cloud

removing the plugins folder

Uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop

Installing Photoshop Beta

I don't have any firewall/protection software

In the process of doing this I have lost access to the neural filters I have previously downloaded and now have none!

Has anyone ever tried to load the system state via Time Machine before the error occurred? 

same issue here. i tried every solution on the web. but none of them worked

Neural Filters are not working on my Mac. When i press the download buttonit shows the progress for a split second and nothing. I have tried on the latest Photoshop build. I have tried on the Beta. I have tried on an older build. Nothing! 

It is not the network since i have tried 4 different Wifi´s at 4 different locations. I have tried connecting through 5g with my iPhone. But nothing works.

Following the “removing folders” in Library doesnt work since there is no folders to remove ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/23

How come you pay so much money for something that has been a problem for years and years and yet adobe dont fix it?

Google Adobe Neural Filters Error and see that this has been an unfixed problem for years!

I too am having the same issue. Just spent an hour with an agent hoping for a different outcome. Tried everything suggested more than once. I am on an M1 laptop. Sequoia 15.7.3. Tried Photoshop, 2026, beta, 2025, 2024, nothing...same same same. My next thing is to check my home router but I’m sure that won't really matter either.

Hi, I’m also having the same issue - “The download indicator takes less than a second but no controls appear”.  Tried logging out/in of cc multiple times, restarted photoshop, restarted mac, cleared ~/Library/…/PluginStrorage, ..  It still won’t work.  It used to work a month back

I am happy to find others are having the same problem. I have been trying all day to resolve it and absolutely nothing works. I have tried all the recommended fixes, including completely uninstalling my creative cloud and all adobe apps and reinstalling, but it didn’t work. The personal hot spot test did not work either. Looking forward to a resolution
