Add me to the list of people with this issue. I’m seeing the same action, click download and nothing happens. 

Deleted Plugin data folder, tried PS Beta, log out/log in cycle, restarted computer. Nothing helps because this is a bug. 

I’m having the same issue on my home Mac computer and also the classroom Mac computers. I have explored all options mentioned in posts with out any success in downloading neural filters. Adobe are you reading these comments? Adobe 2026 Ver 27.3. at home. 

Neural Filters not downloading, how many times do we need to keep reporting this? Tried the recommended fixes and now have none of the filters I had previously downloaded.

I am in the same boat, it is driving me insane! Please photoshop fix this! It is too expensive for them just not to care about this.

Exact same issue here, no firewalls, network issues. Cleared the UXP plugin cache. Updated the app.

Same issue as everyone here. Neutral filters do not download no matter what workarounds are tried. 

This is utterly ridiculous! The same issue keeps repeating itself and so little support. Considering what we pay I am not impressed.
