P: New Neural filters don't work - Photoshop 22.x

I finally solved this mysterious problem by modifying the advanced permissions for the Temp Adobe folder

• disable inheritence
• disable "delete" permissions for all accounts

After that I just clicked to download the filters and it filled up with tar files and folders.  Just drag the folders to their corresponding locaiton in the Roaming folder and it works like a charm.  I saved the TAR files just in case.

I'm having a more fundamental issue on MacOS Catalina (10.15.7) in which the Neural Filters list never displays and instead there is a perpetual Loading animated icon.

I have tried removing the PluginData folder a few times but in each case it comes back with 4 folders and a manifest.json file. The folders created are "FaceSeg" "Face Segmentation", "StyleGan2Cloud" , and "StyleGan2OnDevices2" but the list never displays.

I reinstall latest nvidia videodriver with "Clear install", but all the same...

@JeffreyTranberry I chage privace setting for this scrennshot with view withou login to google.

Doesn't look like your screen shot it public.

nVidia control panel have default setting in global tab (I reset it now to default, but no effect), program setting tab have all "Use global..." to photoshop.

Change Edit - Performance - Use Graphic prosessor setting in photoshop, and off use, also no effect.

Make sure your second system has the same GPU settings for Photoshop set in the nVidia control panel, and all settings otherwise look similarly set.

Add:
When plugin Skin Smoothing is Off, then Style Transfer work correctly.
When Skin Smoothing On (and dot't working), Style Transfer also not working.

Smart Portrait don't work independ above.
Dept aware haze also work alone, but don't work when sskin smoothing is on...
