I've just downloaded the new photoshop update (22.01) and I noticed there is no classic red area when you change Brush size and feathering (when using keyboard shortcut OPTION+CONTROL).

it is quite frustrating

This is really bad and should be adressed soon because it's so frustrating. This is the second time this happens to me. The first time I was told my graphic card wouldn't be supported by newer versions. I upgraded to an iMac pro and now the same darn thing happens.... WEAK UP GUYS!!!

No stress. It is better that the troubleshooting takes a little longer and works than that something is programmed quickly and causes problems again afterwards.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

Same issue here (PS 20.0.1 on Catalina 10.15.7)

VERY FRUSTRATING. I read from Seth_Anton (above) here it might be discontinued although maybe "Brush preview windows doesn't display" has nothing to do with this issue. Anyhow, this should absolutely be fixed/re-introduced because this is truely a step backwards in usability. PLEASE FIX !!

One week is passed and no fix has come: I downgraded my version to 22.0 😞
