But was down from Thursday til yesterday. How do I get a refund? As a small agency, we pay roughly EUR 100 a day for your services.

For all experiencing this problem since last week, the two different bug threads have now been separated into different threads again.

1) for users that seem to have been affected by the Amazon issue (this thread)
2) for users who have been experiencing problems since the middle of last week: thread title has 16 October in the name.

@ Adobe tech dep: Last night i tried to attach credentials to work. That also gave an error. To all others: did anyone also experienced problems attaching/exporting credentials to a file?  Seems some servers are acting up on a broad scale. 

Also, a week seems like an inordinate amount of time to fix cruical Photoshop functionality that is affecting a large number of users.

I created the original thread from the 16th that got merged - I agree that it's helpful to separate them as it apprears to be two different issues and should not be conflated.

It's been almost a week now since I have been unable to use generative functions as the problems started on the 15th.

once it's the same - similar topic, you can't post separately, I had that issue when i tried to post intially.

@RondaSM I've contacted the team. Hopefully they can split them back out. 

Everything about generative features not working prior to today should be in it's own thread like it was before. AWS outage isn't our problem. It's something that was changed on the 15th.
