Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

    It looks like someone merged a bunch of posts into this recent post from 10 hours ago which was dealing with the AWS caused outage. Longer-term outages or connection issues are different than the OP.

      @??? ???_??????6980 the AWS outage is affecting all Adobe services including Firefly.

      @Kevin Stohlmeyer doubt this is the case considering we were having this issue 7+ days ago... can't just pass it off as an Amazon issue

        I'm having trouble with Ai generative tool, it doesn't generate and after loading finishes the window (attached the screenshot)opens every time.

        There is currently an outage affecting AWS which a lot of Adobe products use, as well as other companies. Because of this, all AI tools in Photoshop is currently down. Looking at updates, it seems like it might be a bit until this is resolved.

        Amazon has stated that as they recover, they are throttling regions to reduce load. We're not totally in the clear yet.

          These problems are likely due to the current Amazon Web Services outage that is also effecting other website and domain related things.  Problem with so much of the country/world relying on one set of services from another company.

          Right now it only works for me 10/2x when I try to use it, and it just says “error”... :/// My internet’s fine, my subscription’s fine… But I guess it’ll start working eventually. I’ll work on something else in the meantime. ^^

          @Kevin Stohlmeyer  still not working for me. I'm in the US. I noticed it's starting to turn back on for some regions but no luck here.
