Same i have the same issue, in trinidad - full version & yet still no access to firefly or AI features

Still happening in Trinidad and tobago... 

Still not working here in East US.  Getting this error when trying to use gen fill. 

My issue is a little different to what I've seen here but could be because it's an Enterprise account - our IT team has checked everything and nothing is blocked... This has been the error message I've been getting since Wednesday morning randomly. No one in the IT team has changed any settings, so it's nothing to do with us as a company restricting services... please help.

@Kevin Stohlmeyer current theory is that some of the users are affected by the Amazon outage (which seems to now be fixed), others such as myself have been unable to use the generative features for nearly a week which long preceeds the Amazon issue so appears to be unrelated

Same for me. Still not working since Thursday for me in Germany.

@Sameer K this is most likely related to the widespread AWS outage affecting all Firefly services. 

Yup, I'm thinking the same - 2 different problems. All Firefly related functions are not working for me since last week.
