P: (Oct) Photoshop Generative Fill Error This feature is not available in your region at this time.

Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

I think the main issue here is the wording of the error message. If it just read “AI elements of Photoshop are not available at this time” it would be easier to understand. I don’t think the user’s region has anything to do with it!

Guys, this turned out to be AWS problem. I just found out that Amazon web services were down globally. This means Amazon has to resolve it and they are on it.

Hi everyone! Quick update: my gen expand started working about an hour ago. I also got a response from Adobe that they're aware of the issues and are working on them as of the moment, so it's most likely that the fixes are currently being rolled on your devices already, just need to wait! ❤️

ive just got off support call
go to adobe.com log out of your account then log in. go to creative cloud app on your desktop and logout then log back in. im back up and running now with gen fill working

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours, j’obtiens ce message d’erreur lorsque j’utilise la fonction de remplissage génératif (IA) :
« Cette fonctionnalité n’est pas disponible dans votre région pour le moment. »

J’ai eu beau fouiller dans mon compte pour changer la langue ou le pays, rien n’y fait.
J’ai également désinstallé et réinstallé l’application, mais le problème persiste.

Pourtant, j’ai bien mes 4 000 crédits disponibles.

That was weird..... it worked for a short moment...then it stopped working again.... uhmmmm??
