P: Photoshop 22.0: Where is Line Weight/Width and Pixels options?

I'm having trouble using the Line Tool in PS 22.0.0.

How do I set the width/weight of the line? In PS 21 there was a "Weight" option along the top bar, but I don't see that anymore. Am I missing it? Or did it move?

This might be a separate issue, but the lines I'm drawing are not showing up. I have a fill color and stroke color selected, but when I make a line, I don't see it. I just see a blue outline of where it is... the same that might happen if I made a "path" instead of a "shape."

I just need to make a line with a width/weight of 20px.

This is pathetic, adobe. Come on. I know how programming works and I get there's X steps to resolve things but I think that's more like... X things you'd rather do in front of fixing this very basic function that you robbed us of.

I understand you are aware, but it seems like adobe is ignoring the community.  Maybe someone there has the stones to give an update as users are dropping like flies?

A reminder for Adobe that this is still not resolved in the latest update.

Hello, I am also desperate for pixel option to be restored. This really throws a wrench in my workflow. I am researching other software options.

Like many people here. Just adding my voice in hopes to keep this top of mind to the PS team. It’s important the line tool’s pixel functionality is restored. I know development takes time and things can’t happen over night but we are at about 5 months here. Still no restoration of the pixel line tool. Please!!!

Ok, messing around with this a little more and I found a simple way to adjust. If anyone else is following this and looking for workaround, I'm able to get a similar result by setting the dropdown menu to "shape" instead of the now greyed out "pixels", and making sure to set the path operation dropdown menu to "combine shapes." When drawing new lines out from the vanishing point, I just have to press enter before starting a new line, so as not to select the last point that sits on the vanishing point. I can see the benefit of doing it this way, as all my lines are now editable instead of being locked into a raster layer. Still, my aggravation remains that adobe would intentionally give us less, when a feature was working perfectly fine before.

Just adding my voice to this commonly reported mistake that Adobe made with the 2020 Photoshop update. Laying down lines using pixels in instrumental in my perspective drawing workflow. Using vectors is too cumbersome. When I'm laying down pixels, it's so simple and easy to trace a few lines to find the vanishing point and draw out lines from there, keeping everything on one single layer - nice and clean. I hope they get this fixed soon.
