P: Photoshop 23.0 crashes when trying to use touchscreen

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system.

You can install the previous version 22.x (v2021) and keep the current version installed so we can continue to troubleshoot: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.ug.html 

The system automatically updated to PS 23.0. Now the PS crashes when trying to zoom in or tilt the image by hand on the touchscreen. I tried to disable the graphic card but nothing change. I need to be able to work
