@rickv36828732 This is most likely unrelated - but your Intel UHD card is underpowered for current PS builds. The recommended minimum speed for current PS builds is 2,000 ops/sec and your Intel UHD clocks in ay 652. You may want to look at upgrading your GPU cards.

Renaming the UXP folder in _UXP

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

fixed the problem.

I think, it was an Photoshop Update, that was install on 15.03.

this is on multiple machines all different specs (win 10 & 11) and different users on site, i'm pretty sure it's not down to individual user settings.

this was working up until last week

have you resolved the issue for any user here yet?

surely this is a software issue either from a windows update or adobe update...?

@Peter28912139rkdo for the team to be able to help, we need steps and information to be able repeat to get the error to happen here before we can act on it.  Any and all information that you and other can share will help us do that.  

Sometimes it is RAM, out of date or corrupt video drivers, corrupt preference files... and the team needs this information to understan what might be happening.

You say you have 60 machines and they all do this, and you have a new PC and it does this... are all the machines the same, same OS, versions, etc?  What account type are they signed in under, same as yours or different?

We appreciate your help and we are happy to do what we can once we can repeat what you are experiencing.

it would also be different to the 60 or so curriculum pcs we have on site and my laptop, all which have the same issue...

sorrry but this is abug im using a brand new pc and fresh install of photoshop on win 11 and getting the same
