P: Photoshop 27 neural filter skin smoothing We've temporarily disable this feature because of error

Tried to use this feature today (worked fin in previous version of PS) and today, after upgrading to ver 27, I get the "We've temporarily disable this feature because of an error" message. Of course I don't know what that error is, but pretty sure it's an error.

Running Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.7019

AMD Ryzen 7 7000

Yeah, I’m sick of this error. It used to be good for fixing eyes even if it did get the colour wrong sometimes, but it hasn’t worked in a bout a year for me.

4 years later, same issue still exists… running an rtx5090 here with the latest drivers… Same issue.
Why the hell do we pay every month for software that's clearly under par.

They will not do anything about it even if their plan is overpriced. I seggest we use Afnity by canva since it free and 90 percent like photoshop. This is my last subscription, I think I will consider crack or affinity

I would download it from the Microsoft Store, I got a warning from my computer. You’re given, I think, four options from Canva, none of which made sense other than I assume they were asking if I had Windows personal or business. I’ve never heard of Affinity so I deleted it straight away when I got the warning.

Today (Nov 20th) the same error message in PS 27.1 (Neural Filters, Skin Smoothing). Works fine in version PS 26.11.2.

I'm relatively new to this community but this is the third time I have posted on this thread about the disablement of the Face Skin Smoothing in Neural Filters for the last 2 Beta updates.

What I want to know is whether anyone at Adobe is reading these and is going to respond because at the moment it feels like we are all just talking to thin air (and each other). When will Adobe tell us what is going on?

Am I even in the right place to get a response or is this just a chat forum? Is there a way to raise a fault ticket?
