P: Photoshop Generative Fill - We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request Oct 16

Short update: I have managed to get access to a private Photoshop subscription (outside our company team subscription) and it encounters the same problems. So I have absolutely no idea what's the nature of the problem – other than a very big outage of this service as a whole.

@Aleke I use the latest update 26.11 I have disabled firewall and didn't work, I switch to firefly image 1 and the problem persists. Please fix this ASAP

Photosop Mac, latest version, Tested: different AI/firefly models, connected to different location by VPN, logged out of the creative cloud and logged back in, restart PS, try Beta....nothing. same error. 

@Anshul_Saini I tried the what you recommended and still having issues. I am on an enterprise account and my colleagues are also having the same issue apparently. I reached out to my IT team but have yet to get a responce back since I reached out Friday. When I switched to Firefly 1, I got a different error that said " Your system administrarot isn't allowing access to this feature right now. Please contact them for more info." However they do and have allowed access. I have unlimited AI credits. Could a recent update have defaulted to a certain setting? Please help. This is so frsutrating. It's been not working for 3 days. 

I have tried everything Anshul_Sainimentioned nothing is working.

I have tried all different types of web, desktop and still nothing. Really frustrated 

I'm getting the same issue with not being able to use any of the generative fill options. It currently says "this feature is currently not available" anytime I try it.
