P: PS 26.11 Depth Blur Neural Filter: We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error

In Photoshop 26.11 on Windows 11, the Depth Blur neural filter is broken. It refuses to do anything. It just puts up a message (at the top of the filter panel) saying the filter has been disabled due to an error.

I reverted to 26.10 and the filter works in that version.

I had the same issue on a M4 Mac Mini running Tahoe 26.0.1. I, too, reverted back to PS 26.10.

Same here. v26.11

Blur just freezes up at about 25% processing.

Tried updating to the beta versions also, latest being v27 and exactly the same.

Then went back to 26.10 and worked like a charm

Needs sorting out as I use depth blur often.

Yes, that seems to be the only working solution, to go back to 26.10. Did that and it works again on MacOS, too. So it's definitely an issue with the update and nothing else.

I've been looking for people that had the same error for a few days now. "Glad" that I was not the only one. I tried re-installing Photoshop, my video drivers, everything. Now it seems it's just a problem with the latest version. Installing 26.10 solved it all.

Everything was fine until recently. I’ve tried every step I could find online: deleted cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated drivers. Why is this happening? This as well as other neural filters aresome of the main components to my workflow. Please tell me this is fixable. This is terrible right now.Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
