P: PS 27.7 Modern UI: Save for Web won't respond to ESC or Enter if you cancel saving

After you dismiss Finder’s Save panel (where you can edit the filename and location), the Save for Web dialog won’t respond to ESC or Enter key.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open an image and ⌥⇪⌘+S to open Save for Web
- Press or click Enter
- Without actually saving the file, just press ESC or click Cancel to close the Finder SavePanel
- Hit Enter again. The OS-level dialog should popup again, but it won’t.
- Hit ESC to close Save for Web, also no response.
Workaround: Press Tab once or twice to active and move the keyboard hotzone away from the image preview area.
This looks like a minor issue but it’s a pain in the ***.
