P: Resizing Photo goes black / corrupted in MacOS 10.11 El Capitan

I use Photoshop CC. When I try to upsize a photo, it goes black since installing El Capitan on my Mac. Downsizing photos works fine. Is this a bug?

When resizing images up in size the image gets corrupted and either shows as solid black or black with patches of pixels. Most current version of PS CC

I have a problem in image size, when I do an interpolation to 125% and 300 dpi resolution, the image becomes all black and I can not see anything, the problem is that the background level of zero turns black, I attach a screenshot, rest waiting for your advice ,, regard claudio

Looks like you started a new thread that was merged with another one, since it's the same issue. See above comments -- this is covered already.

This issue should be solved by the Mac OS X 10.11.1 update that was released yesterday.

On MacBook Pro Retina, OS X El Capitan 10.11 (15A284), Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 Release (20150722.r.168 x64): Having black blocks showing up when trying to resize an image via: Image > Image Size. Specifically when I select Preserve Details (enlargement) resample option. Also happens on Automatic option, but the other options don't produce this error. I have attached before & after screenshots.

You have the same basic problem as this topic, but slightly different symptoms. We are still working with Apple to try and determine what went wrong with the OpenCL drivers for MacOS 10.11.

In the meantime, see this link for a workaround: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/...

When upscaling an image in Photoshop, the resulting image is a digital mess. It's the zebra bar mess that is happening on all the graphics errors that are happening with CC 2015 and El Capitan.

When upscaling an image using the "Automatic" resampling method, it produces black blocks. If I use "Bicubic Smoother" this does not happen. Why is this happening? See http://imgur.com/a/4dLo5 for an example.
