P: Save, Save a Copy dialog non-functional on macOS 13 Photoshop 24.0

Mac Studio M1 MAX, macOS 13, Photoshop 24.0

M1 Edition:

By default, the Save Copy window is cluttered and cannot be saved.

Intel Edition:

Save copy window is normal, but the Save As window is messed up.

 

In the preferences, change to the traditional save as window and everything goes back to normal.

    I am seeing a recurrent bug on my Adobe PS 2023 release 24.0, where I can't save an alterated image - see attachment. A screenshot of the app's performance is also attached. 

    I've rebooted my MacBook Pro 2022 - and it has the most up-to-date macOS Ventura 13.0.1. I also uninstalled and re-installed the PS twice via Adobe Creative Cloud (version 5.9.0.373). 

     

    Any help to solve this bug will be appreciated.

    photoshop 2023 does not allow saving projects

    On Mac (Apple), the latest update does not allow saving projects in Photoshop format.

    I have read other users with the same problem.

      My pc Macbook Pro 2021 16' 1 TB SSD

      I have the latest version of Photoshop from CreativeCloud

      When I want to save as my work it actually doesnt work because this tab is very small and I cant scale it or choose anything, how can I work? Please help me guys 🙂 I attach screenshot to be clear.

      Actually I cant press anyting to fix it for example "return". The only thing what I can do is press "Esc" button everytime. I hope you see this on screen that it must be bigger and I could scale it or see Save button at least

        hi! 

        after the update, photoshop saves me only one photo. after which it no longer saves anything on the computer, the save button is not selectable and neither is '' save as ''. to save I have to close everything and reopen and do it for each photo I want to save. can someone help me to fix the problem? thank you.

        Try resetting the preferences

        Photoshop 24.0.0 Mac Desktop OS Venture 13.0 "Save a Copy" broken - "Save" button remains grayed out and partially outside its container. "Cancel" button does not function, either. Must hit "escape" to get out of the tailspin.

        The dropdown menu, aw well, extends well to the right outside the container window - but it IS possible to select an option.

        Upon selecting the option, the expected result is to be able to SAVE the file.

        To no avail, however, as "Save" remains grayed out and unavailable. Impossible to save. Impossible to Cancel.

        Bug de la commande "Enregistrer sous" avec Photoshop 2023 sous Mac OS Ventura. L'appli se bloque et le bouton enregistrer est grisé (voir capture d'écran). Obligé de forcer à quitter. Nous sommes plusieurs graphistes dans ce cas. 

        Cela fait fait cela sur un Imac qui date de 2 ans : 3,7 GHz Intel Core i5 6 cœurs. 

        En revanche pas de problème sur un Mac book Pro avec les nouvelles Puce M1 max. 

        Comment régler ce problème ? 

         

        Réponse de l'assistance Adobe (mais qui ne fonctionne pas) : 

        1. Appuyez sur la touche esc pour faire disparaître la boîte de dialogue non fonctionnelle;

        2.Choisissez Fichier; 

        3. Enregistrer  puis cliquez sur le bouton fléché pour développer la boîte de dialogue;

        Stesso problema. Su MacBook Pro M2 con Ventura, Photoshop 24.0 Non riesco a salvare in nessun modo. Ho provato tutti i suggerimenti ma non funziona. Attendo novità

        This does not work for me. I have no way to save my edits. Jeffrey's suggestion below also does not work. I am sitting on mutiple holiday sessions and can't edit a thing. This has to be fixed ASAP!

          Me aparece congelada la opcion de guardar en pshotoshop, la venta sale incompleta.   Solo me da opcion cancelar, guardar esta congelada.   Ayuda!!
