P: Saving copy not saving over jpg file

working on Catalina OS. saving file extension works now but does not save over jpg when saving it creates a copy which is annoying and time consuming to fix

    It's a bloody shame Adobe...! Still creating new features for Photoshop dummies to changes skies in one click.... That is what professional Photoshop users want.... NOT!!!

    First fix the this SAVE AS BUG.... It makes me angry every day...
    Oh man what was CS6 great stuff.... 🙂

    Talk about your canned response. Agree. A more aggressive social media strategy is in order. This is unconscionable!

    Just imagine how tired I got writing it. Now imagine how tired I am writing anything about this never-ending issue.

    So... do we just all go post on their FB wall so that they know how annoying this is? 

    I notice PS has no "provide feedback" menu option. I'd happily report this every time I used Save As if I had a way to contact someone who actually was listening
