P: Spring Loaded shortcuts more sensitive - Turn off toggling between tools

@Jay Van Esbroek I wish they didn't listed it as a "feature request" but as a "bug fix request"

Fixing a function that's not working as intended, should not be treated as a feature.

@Jay Van Esbroek hopefully this wont mean next year 😕😕 since ive been crying about this bug since 2019. But now actively i keep responding to comments here to keep the thread fresh 

@Jay Van Esbroek this is why ive been starting to implement ipad and procreate more and more beyond just sketching, this bug is just over the top annoying , wants me to toss everything out the window. I used 2019cc before since in this version the bug wasnt as annoying, but recently updated my system and had to instal 2021cc and the bug 'isnt as annoying' as before but still is present..but now i have a plethora of other bugs, like unable to zoom- zooming out so my canvas is one pixel, hand tool just freaks out and tosses my canvas out of the picture and others. But restarting fixes these,but the tool switch bug is the worst of all because it breaks my workflow and thats the most important thing to me. Shortcuts and being fast when i draw. 

Hey all. I got an update from Twitter, Adobe Customer Service heard my cries when my account was locked and I took it to Twitter.

As they said, the feature request is apparently "Being worked on." I don't know how long this means we'll have to wait, but I'd certainly hope this means it actually IS being worked on.

Man i wish i havent updated, this ruins my worflow by a ton. It's very frustrating how a short tap on the keys (B and E) registers as holding it now. Hope it gets an option to turn the feature off or a delay fix soon. Please make it happen, Adobe!

Hard agree to everything you all said. Digital artists are being alienated right now. I've recently been trying to switch to Clip Studio Paint (which is on sale right now, $25 for a lifetime pass) and it's been going smooth and great ^^ I feel bad about leaving Adobe until they fix this spring-loaded madness. But they're just ignoring us at this point; I feel disappointed for throwing loads of money for their subscriptions.

@Eliot Flynn I wonder when they mentioned a feature request ticket was submit, how much of a priority is it given? Because I will guess a bug fix ticket will have more urgency and priority than a feature request. 

I think it's important that we keep voicing our concerns here. Photoshop has the potential to be the best again, but right now, it's not there. We need to ensure that Adobe know that we, their paying customers, are asking for a very small change in their software. This is NOT a big ask - it's a code adjustment. A number change. Please, Adobe, revert it to how it used to be, where a recently released key wouldn't count as a still-held key - or ideally grant us an option to disable this. You guys are obviously still working on this software because we're still getting updates. You have no idea how much you'd be helping an enormous portion of your digital artist community if you make this one adjustment. 

Well until enough people voice their concerns its not a priority sadly 😞 i know a lot of people who have these issues they just arent as bothered as me about it to report it..For me it just makes PS useless. Ive cancelled my personal sub cuz of it, still have to use my work one though, but for private stuff ive switched to my ipad and procreate. 

Still working with an older version until this gets fixed , but it's starting to seem like it would be a good time to switch to another software -_-
