P: Stuck at Initializing Video Export

Hello, I tried this and was able to export the video succesfully after launching Photoshop holding Shift. There was no mention of optional and third-party plugins. Then I quit and restarted Photoshop, opened the same file and tried to export video. This time it got stuck again on "Initializing Video Export"

Do you have any external plugins that might not be updated? We have been seeing plugins that are older that are interfering with DLMS loading. 

To quickly determine whether Photoshop is loading a problematic optional or third-party plug-in, do the following:

1. Close Photoshop.
2. Hold down the Shift key and launch Photoshop. A dialog appears during launch that reads “Skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins?”
3. Click Yes to skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins.
   
   ***Note**This disables optional and third-party plug-ins only for the current session. If you quit and restart Photoshop without holding down the Shift key, the optional or third-party plug-ins will be enabled.
4. Try to re-create the problem.

This appears to be a common issue on both Mac and Windows... Adobe software engineers, where are you on this issue?

I'm also having this issue with Photoshop CC 21.1.2 on Mac OS 10.15.4. I've given Photoshop full disk access in Security & Privacy. I've restated the computer.

When I go to Export: Render To Video, progress bar looks almost complete, but hangs indefinitely.

On a 2019 Macbook Pro, 32gb memory, graphics card: Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Version 21.1.2 Adobe Photoshop CC.

Any solutions?

I am having the same problem with the very latest Photoshop CC. Not good.

I have 21.0.3  Same issue, "Initializing Video Export" 

Have you tried restarting the whole computer and trying again? What OS/version are you running on?
