P: The rubber band being shaky

The Rubberband. The rubber band is way good in Photoshop 2017. But in 2018 photoshop, when I'm working on path rubber band act like it's vibrating or shaking. It's just not stable in connecting to the pen.

So I wanted to let Adobe know to fix this problem with the Pen tool. I checked this with few different computer and acting same.

I'm using 

Intel Core i5 6600k
Graphics NVIDIA 750 TI 2GB (Latest Driver)
Ram 16 GB
SSD 120 (For OS)
OS Windows 10 Pro Build 1709(Latest)

    I found that this bug only appears when my screen resolution is set to 1280*800, and when I set it to 1400*900, it no longer appears.

    2022 and I am also having this problem. A shame since the rubber band seems like it could be helpful otherwise

    I am still experiencing the same issue in photoshop CC 2021. It's been more than 5 years that someone reported this problem in other versions of photoshop and it's still not solved.

    Still experiencing this issue as of 21.2.2. Occasionally after restarting Photoshop, the Pen Tool will behave as expected for 5 or 6 anchor points and then it's back to the flickering rubber band and slight delay.

    its weird that i also experiecing same problem but with my Photoshop CC 2014, is this possible if the windows that causing this?

    It's really annoying. I'm the one who reported this since the Photoshop CC 2018 were released but it's now 2019.0.4 and still no fixes. Is this the reason we are not a big company thus just paying $10/m and our report to the bug is careless? I'm not sure!

    In this thread https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2430158  choi tj notes a problem using the Rubber Band setting in the Path Tool. It flickers as it is moved in his Photoshop CC 2018 Mac.
    He includes a video to demonstrate the problem.

    I checked both my Mid 2012 Macbook Pros and noticed this problem in CC 2018, but not in CC 2017.

    This seems like a bug. Perhaps other users can see if that's the case and I hope the Product Managers can have a look at this.

    Hi Jeffrey. I'm not sure why this isn't getting solved as there is already a new version of Photoshop. Do you have an idea about fixing this?
