P: The rubber band being shaky

The Rubberband. The rubber band is way good in Photoshop 2017. But in 2018 photoshop, when I'm working on path rubber band act like it's vibrating or shaking. It's just not stable in connecting to the pen.

So I wanted to let Adobe know to fix this problem with the Pen tool. I checked this with few different computer and acting same.

I'm using 

Intel Core i5 6600k
Graphics NVIDIA 750 TI 2GB (Latest Driver)
Ram 16 GB
SSD 120 (For OS)
OS Windows 10 Pro Build 1709(Latest)

    It is not. It's still on engineering's plate to address.

    Hi Jeffrey,

    Is the problem fixed in the Photoshop CC 19.1.1 update? I'm still using CC 2017. I can't move without the problem gets fixed.

    I hate the rubber band on the Pen tool and always turn it off. I turned it on, running a Mac and El Capitan, and there is a bit of a flicker.  I had to slow down for it, but it's definitely there. Glad I don't turn the rubber band mode on.<G> With the Curvature tool, I'm not able to find a flicker that's as disturbing even if going slow, but it does flicker a little bit. I don't know if that's because it's trying to figure out with the next anchor what the curve should be, though. It has to jump around a bit.

    Nevermind. I figured it out. Doesn't happen with curvature tool. Only with the Pen Tool

    Weird. I have the same system and I'm not seeing this issue. Does it happen with all documents? Or is there something unique to your document set-up?

    Same here too as of the 19.1 update. The rubber band portion is constantly flickering, pulsating.

    OP concerns the Rubber Band option of a Pen Tool, if I’m not mistaken. I experience the same flickering on Win10, GTX 660, latest driver:
