Does anyone else running windows 10 x64 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2130) with photoshop 2022 (ps ver 23.5.1) notice that the Edit>Preferences dialog has no drop shadow?

Same computer with windows 11 on different drive and 23.5.1 does have the drop shadow.

@Jeff Arola Looks like that are working correctly in the next major release (24.x). Install that when it becomes available to you and let me know if you're seeing it correctly there.
