Photoshop Generative Fill Error - We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request...

When I use the generative fill to add detail to an image I get the error "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Thank you for your patience. Please try again later. "

The error has persisted since last week. I have tried severals to use it. I have updated and reverted to old versions trying to fix this problem to no avail. As of right it now it causing a work stoppage.

I get a reply, rolling back photoshop to 25.12 was suggested. It is a general issue and team is working to fix. I will try and write here if 25.12 works

Anyone is able to reach and learn anything on the issue ? Failed to connect to an agent for 3 conversations. It keeps waiting, saying sorry for the delay, and ending the conversation automatically after some time.

I am trying to reach the support, I believe like many many others. I have both windows and mac and issue is same for both, so pretty sure not about a operating system. Anyone gets an answer from support, please kindly write here.
