Photoshop Mobile iOS v7.3.2 Two-finger gesture to move image on screen doesn't work when detailed Layers panel is open.

When the detailed Layers panel is open, it sometimes obscures the image I’m working on. The usual 2-finger-drag gesture to move the image on the screen doesn’t work when the Layers panel is open. Workaround is to close the Layers panel, move the image with a 2-finger drag, and then reopen the Layers panel, which isn’t an ideal workflow. Thanks for listening.
