Photoshop v26.10 filter gallery doesn't work

We’d be happy to take a closer look. Since the solution that worked for the original poster didn’t resolve the issue for you, you may be experiencing a different problem with Filter Gallery.

Could you please create a new post, as Jane suggested, and include the following?

• Which Filter Gallery filters are not working? Is it every filter you try, or only specific ones?

• What exactly happens when you apply one? For example, does Filter Gallery open normally but the preview/image doesn’t change, is the command unavailable/greyed out, or does something else happen?

• A screenshot of the complete Filter Gallery window, including the filter stack on the lower-right side. Please make sure the eye/visibility icons are visible in the screenshot.

• Help > System Info > Copy from Photoshop and paste the information into the post.

• If possible, a short screen recording showing the workflow from opening the image through selecting a Filter Gallery effect and changing its settings.
  
  

It would also help to know whether this happens with every document, including a newly created RGB/8-bit document, or only with a particular file.

Those details should give us enough context to understand exactly how the behavior differs from the issue that was resolved earlier in this thread.

You replied to a thread from a year ago that was solved for the OP. To get better assistance, please start a new thread and clarify your issue. “It still doesn’t work” is vague, so explain what is not working and share a screenshot.
