Thanks for including that information about your computer’s disk space. Is Premiere installed on your 1tb main drive where it only has 246mb free? Is it also where you pointed the scratch disks?

Wondering what is your current memory settings for Premiere/other applications on this computer? You can find this on PC by going to the Edit dropdown > Preferences > Memory where you’ll see Installed Ram, RAM reserved for other applications, etc. On a Mac, you can find this under Premiere dropdown > Settings > Memory.

This is likely the issue:

My computer has 246MB free out of 1TB of storage.

Try this to free up some space:

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
