adjustment layer moving other layers down

I'm on 25.2.3 (build4), windows.

An adjustment layer, usually with only a simple effect such as lumetri colour, makes everything beneath it move/scale strangely. almost as if it had a transform effect on it.

unfortunately i cant share this project. i am finding though that it seems to work like intended if i create a new adjustment layer every time and use that.
i will note that it seems to have retroactively affected some (but not all) of the adjustment layers already in my timeline, as i am currently going back through the entire project and having to change out some of them that looked correct previously. doesnt matter if the have transform, lumetri, gaussian blur etc etc on them, the problem remains identical.

Was that AL created for that sequence? AL's aren't like unto other clips, but they do have framesize/rate data attached to them.

Hi @Jeffiot25214080m00m

Thanks for the video demonstrating the problem.  That's definitely not the behavior you want to see.  Would you be able to share your project with me so we can take a look?  What happens is you move the adjustment layer down to track 4? For testing, not that you actually want it there.  If you have time, please give the team a few more details. See: How do I write a bug report?

I hope we can help you shortly. Sorry for the pain points.
