Adobe Premiere / Media Encoder - 2025 / MacBook Restarts, Run out of Application Memory. Can't Expor

Hello,

 

I am trying to export a 50min project, with a lot of edits and adjusment layers.

I can not export. I have been trying since 2 days using Media Encoder, and my MacBook Pro Late 2023 restarts and freezes. Sometimes there is a tab who says: Run out of application memory and completely my mac is blocked.

 

I never had this issue and I would really appreciate some help.

 

I tried deleting the mac temp files, media encoder cache as well as premiere cache
