Al exportar me deja un frame negro al inicio (Win) y al final (Mac)

Normalmente exporto haciendo Source In | Out en la línea de tiempo, y desde que pasé al 2025 me está dejando un frame en el inicio del video cuando estoy en Windows y en la oficina que usamos Mac, lo deja al final. Me toca correr dos cuadros al final de cada nota para no dejar los negros.

Eso es un error de la selección de In y Out de esta versión?

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums!  We’re happy you’ve reached out.  That's a frustrating issue for sure.  How are you exporting?  In Premiere or Media Encoder?  What type of project are you using?  Is it a standard project or Teams/ Production?  What version of Premiere are you working in?
