Audio Enhance function issues

FIrst issue - why does the Premiere Pro version of Enhance not work as well as the online 'podcast enhance' tool? In almost all cases (and I use this tool a lot), the online enhance sounds better and is more effective.

Second issue - working on a project now and when I applied enhance to an audio track it created one glitch in the middle of the audio track where an entire 2 second section of the clip was repeated. I solved the issue by cutting the track just after the glitch...it magically disappeared. Anyone else ever encounter this?

My overall feeling is that Audio Enhance in PP is a little half-baked at this point.
