Audio Glitch in The New Premiere Pro 2025 Update

Hello,

This morning, Adobe automatically updated my Premiere Pro to its newest version (PP 25.0) and I've encountered an audio glitch that's been happening. At first, I thought my headphones were causing the problem, but in Premiere's audio hardware settings - everything is routed to the correct input/output.

The Problem: When I click on the timeline and press play on my video clip with edited audio, the quality is lost compared to what it should sound like. Then when I tested another audio source (from Spotify or a YouTube video in Chrome) the same poor quality is reflecting all of my audio sources on my computer.

I did another test of restarting Premiere Pro, unplugging and plugging my headphones back into my computer, and I got the same result.

Looking for some guidance to see if anyone else has this problem but I'm going to check with my IT department to see if they have any ideas on how to resolve this.

Basic info from Guidelines:

- Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 (v 25.0)

- MacBook Pro 2023 - Apple M2 Max

- macOS Sequoia Version 15.0.1

Good Morning, I am also experiencing audio issues in the PR 50.0.0 build 61.

Audio on A3 will not play out. Audio hardware has been checked and no matter if on headset or on computer speakers symptoms are the same.  Audio file shows on meters. Move that same file to A1 or A2 and it plays out on both headphones and computer speaker and registers on meters.  I have checked all audio settings and the file will not play on tracks beyond A1 and A2.    Audio import errors as well for .wav and .mp3 file imports.

Machine Specs: imac 3 GHz 10-Core Intel Xeon processors

Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB

OS Sonoma 14.1.2

Reboots/shutdowns/ log in and out of adobe not working either.
