Audio Mixer panel loads blank in Audio workspace (requires toggle to refresh)

When I open premier pro at initial launch or while switching workspaces, when I go back to the audio workspace and select audio mixer, the tab is blank, no faders, to track effects, nothing.

I have to go to workspaces on the top drop down menu, select Audio Mixer to turn it off, and then click it again to turn it back on and that bring the mixer back into view with all faders and effects tabs showing.

This bug is intermittent, but it happens once or twice a project. This also happens on both my M4 Macbook Pro and my Custom Built PC (4090, Intel)

To help us investigate, please see  How do I Report A Problem? and include your Premiere Pro version, OS, and the exact steps to reproduce the issue. Intermittent bugs can be tricky to reproduce, so the more details you provide, the faster we can dig in.
