Audio Waves Timeline

So as you can See In The Video, There Is Two Types Of Clips In The Timeline, The Dark Normal Blue, Which Is Just A Normal Video. And The Light Blue One Which I Nested With Some Other Videos (I Changed The Lable Colour Myself). The Light Blue One Has Audio Waves That Keep Flickering And Even Not Showing At All Sometimes When I Play The Timeline, Whilst The Normal One Is Fine. But When I Pause, All Of Them Are Completely Fine, Whats Happeningn Any Ways To Fix This? Thank You 🙏
