Thanks for including that information so far about already trying to clear the cache and letting us know you’re in Premiere v26.2.2 on a Mac with Sequoia OS 15.3.2. Are you able to update to Tahoe to see if that affects anything? I wonder also where are your manual Premiere saves going to, like disk type details, available space, and check that it has read/write permissions?

Try resetting the preferences:

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/using/reset-preferences.html

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
