Bad quality - what can I do?

Hi, 
I have a problem that suddenly, from one day to another, the quality of my exported videos are so bad. I have an older version that I exported which looks good and now when I exported a new sequence the video is so blurry and such bad quality. But I haven't done anything different. What can I do? It's quite urgent.

    Welcome to the forum! I appreciate you taking the time to write in and file your report. The situation you describe is pretty strange. It may have to do with settings or something similar. If possible, I think the team would like to see a screenshot of your export settings. More information would be helpful for the team to solve the problem. See, How do I write a bug report?
