Barra de ferramentas não funciona

Olá.

Tenho o Premiere 2023 mas a barra de ferramentas não funciona. Tanto no computador do meu serviço quanto no da minha casa (são contas diferentes) está da mesma forma.

A barra de ferramentas não abre as ferramentas que estão em submenu, mas as que não estão funcionam normalmente. Ou seja, a seleção, fatiar e caneta estão ok. A selecionar avanço de faixa, edição de ondulação, escorregar, retângulo, mão e texto funcionam também, mas não abrem as ferramentas da setinha/submenu.

Seria problema do computador ou algum bug do programa?

Yes, I have already tried the reinstallation, I am a user who pays for the Adobe service and I would like this problem to be resolved!
I have already given permissions as administrator and nothing has changed, it remains the same. Wait the return!
