Can't see where I'm dragging clips in timeline

It's all in the title, I can move clips (audio, video, adjustment layers...) in the timeline but can't see where I'm placing them in real time. It's been going on for weeks without any improvement. Here are the things I've tried so far :

- Uninstalling / Reinstalling / Installing previous version of Premiere

- Resetting app preferences and clearing cache

- Opening another project to see if it's working there

I'm usually a very nerdy, self fixing things, kind of guy, but I couldn't find any solution on forums, which is why I'm posting here ! It's unbearable, I can't work as fast as I need, please Adobe, help me

Here are my PC specs :

- Intel i5-12 450H (2.00 GHz)

- RTX 4060

- 16Gb of RAM

- Latest version of Windows 11

- My laptop is a Lenovo LOQ 15, if that can help

Hi @Félix22572255raj0 -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How to Report a Problem.

What driver are you using for your iGPU (Integrated GPU) and your dGPU (Dedicated GPU)?  You can find this information in device manager > display > iGPU > driver tab

Sorry for the frustration.

At the very bottom of your timeline there is a zoom slider. Maybe zooming in will help.

Did not say which version of Premiere you are using.
