Cannot delete filler words in Italian transcription (works fine in English)

Hey guys,
I’m using the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro and I’ve noticed an issue with the automatic filler word removal feature.
When I generate an English transcript using the built-in Speech to Text tool, filler words like “uh,” “um,” and “you know” are detected and I can easily remove them using the Delete button from the Transcript panel.
However, when working with Italian transcriptions, Premiere correctly identifies filler words (they appear as “[…]”), but the Delete button is greyed out and I can’t remove them automatically.
This is very inconvenient because I often work with content in Italian and would love to streamline the editing process just like I do with English.
Questions:
• Is this feature currently only supported for English?
• Is there a workaround to enable filler word removal in Italian?
• If not yet available, is there a plan to support this for other languages, or can this be submitted as a feature request?
Thanks in advance!
